Society of Biblical Literature

I have finally become a member of the Society of Biblical Literature earlier tonight. I probably should have become a member before this.

It means I can now put on my resume: Member of the Society of Biblical Literature. ;) Its THE society for Biblical Studies for academia.

If you want to teach, you should join as well. Its only $25 as a student. And if you want their journal, which you can read online for free and PTS gets it, $35 more.

Also the next time I get a check, I'm joining the Evangelical Theological Society. $15 for students.
