Some public school memories
I remember a day when I was in high school where a teacher went off on a rant about the "stupid Christians" and other colorful language throughout his rant. It was a fairly lengthy rant from what I remember. I heard it from several classrooms away because he was screaming it.
Later that same day, another teacher said she heard about the rant that one of the other teachers had. She said that if you believed him then you must think that she is a fool as well because she is a Christian.
So what happened?
Nothing happened to the teacher that went on the rant.
The other teacher got suspended for a week from what I remember and wasn't around the next year.
Was that Fair?
Or is this the result of bad memory? or a dream that I somehow made real in my memory?
I also remember people trying to read their Bibles during study hall and the teachers confiscating them. Is that neutral? Is that infringing on First Amendment Rights?
